  • What do you mean “your way cleaning”?

    You can be assured if you have a preference of method used to get the job done it will be done the same way every time. If you don’t have a preference, we will build a “system” of tasks to be done and formulate the best way to execute and complete in the best time and way possible. Everyone has a different idea of “cleaning”. What’s your idea of clean?

  • What payment methods do you accept, and how do I make the payment?

    Payments are due in the form of cash, money order, PayPal, or personal/business check within 3 days of completed work. If your payment is not made within given time frame, there will be a $40.00 late-payment fee added every 30 days the invoice goes unpaid. All checks are to be made payable to Your Way Cleaning Hawaii LLC (please do not abbreviate company name).


    A $50 fee is charged for all returned checks. Credit card payments can be made by phone or in person with an additional charge of 5% of the total bill. Credit cards accepted are Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. A one-time credit card authorization form will need to be signed. Clients requesting automated deduction using a credit or debit card may fill out our reoccurring authorization form. Realtors and business owners we understand payment may need to be processed through AP. We allow 10 business days after invoice is received by AP to allow for processing time.


    eGift cards may only be used on a pre-scheduled cleaning with minimum two weeks prior notice of cleaning. eGift cards can only be purchased online at https://squareup.com/gift/9S74F9JP59FHM/order. eGift cards are used towards the hourly rate previously set in the initial assessment. eGift cards must be surrendered at the start of scheduled cleaning. Your Way Cleaning Hawaii LLC will not be responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates/eGift cards and are non-refundable. Gift certificates/eGift cards are not eligible for discounts or promotions. Minimum eGift card purchase is $100. To receive the best for one time cleaning we suggest a purchase amount of $350 or more. Recurring services start at $90 plus tax.

  • What are the rates?

    Rates vary by tasks performed and skill level of cleaner assigned. Once a cleaner is assigned to the home no other cleaner will clean that home, unless requested. Client and cleaner have the right at anytime to request a change if the situation is in anyway uncomfortable or unbearable. It will be up to the Client to request a substitute or change in schedule once notified of any scheduled leave the assigned cleaner has requested. Last minute (considered anything less than 14 days prior to scheduled cleaning) scheduling will result in a $40 scheduling fee.

  • Are there any hidden charges or fees?

    • No there are no hidden charges or fees. Fees are explained prior to being charged. Fees are as followed.
    • Less than two weeks scheduling will result in a $40.
    • Less than 72 hour cancellation fee of $50.
    • Return check(s) fee of $50 per check.
    • Invoice late payment fee of $40 after invoice due date and every 30 days thereafter.
    • Credit card payments fee of 5% of total bill.
    • To schedule a cleaning on a holiday pricing is at double labor rate.

    • Get a free cleaning day (up to 3 hours) after the first day of a completed referral cleaning with Your Way Cleaning Hawaii LLC.

    Please contact the office for current promotions and additional discounts. Multiple discounts can apply to move outs or during special promotions only.
